A discussion about the process, steps and options of starting a new business

My point in mentioning this is that even seasoned, established business enterprises like Deutsch Bank realizes that they can benefit from outside advisors.  People who come in and add a new perspective on an old way of doing things can really revitalize an operation.  Deutsch Bank, like other banking giants, are always focused on how to do things better and not being satisfied with the status quo.  That's why they hired a pro like Alan Greenspan.

You should apply those same principles to your new or existing small business.  If your budget allows, look into hiring an outside advisory to come in and evaluate your operation and how you are building your business.  You might even be able to convince a retired entrepreneur to serve as an unpaid advisor...many just enjoy being a part of something exciting like a new business, and are glad to lend their expertise.

You don't have to be Deutsch Bank to bring in smart advisors to help with business growth.  There are a lot of great options for getting solid outside advice even if you are a new or emerging business.
